I love my birthday! I love that it's the very first of the month and I get to celebrate ALL month long. I love that my birthstone is Amethyst and my favorite color is purple. I love that my birth month is the month of love.
While I do love my birthday very much, what I DO NOT love is that I'm now 29. I don't know why I'm having such a hard time with this 2-9 number, but I'm not very happy about it, AT ALL.
It means I'm just a year away from my… gulp… THIRTIES. I've been told the 30's are the best years of your life, but I feel like I need a few more years in my twenties to "get it all figured out", like when I do turn 30 I need to have reached this level of awesomeness that I am still so far from attaining.
ANYWAY……
I'll stop sulking and get the fun part - the giveaways!
